About Us

When we started in 2014 we had no idea that My Sunset Retreats would come to be. We were just a group of friends and homeowners who wanted to rent our properties short-term. However we ran into a big problem – there were no transparent, all-inclusive, flexible services available. As the saying goes, “If you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself” – and so we decided to manage our own properties. We developed a reputation for providing an excellent service to homeowners and guests and others wanted us to manage their properties too. We quickly grew from managing just a handful of our own properties to managing hundreds of listings because we abide by the golden rule – “treat others how you want to be treated.” We put so much care and attention into what we do – we treat your property like it’s ours, and your guest like they are our family.
